Full Board – $475 Monthly
This option is for horses who are currently in ridden work. We provide full care board with a few options. Your horse can live fully on track, or a combination of pasture and track. Complete boarding package details can be found in our boarding agreement. Contact us to get started.
You will have access to our facility including the grass riding arena & round pen and all of the poles & logs inside. There is plenty of storage space in the tack room and we are happy to construct shelves/cubbies/etc. within reason per your requested need.
For full care board, we provide low-starch hay (typically Timothy & Orchard grasses) and “grain” rations 2 or more times a day as needed. Our “grain” is not really grain at all, as grain options can be very inflammatory. We feed Coolstance, a low-starch, high protein coconut feed soaked with timothy pellets, Triple Crown ground flax seed and Sea 90 salt. We recommended that owners include a mineral balancer supplement like K.I.S. Trace Minerals or Mad Barn’s Omneity, but that is not required.
If your horse has special feed or hay needs, such as alfalfa, we are happy to help you source these materials, but they will be an additional charge.
Please contact us with any questions. Full board includes everything listed for your horse on the home page and more. Please note that monthly rates are subject to change with 30 days notice at any time due to a rise in hay, feed, & facility maintenance costs.

Retirement Board – $400 Monthly
This option is only for horses who are fully retired from ridden work. This is a full care board (see above for details) and can be track board only or a combination of track and pasture board. We are happy to provide grooming and other services for owners that do not live nearby. Contact us with questions and see our boarding agreement for more details.
Please note that monthly rates are subject to change with 30 days notice at any time due to a rise in hay, feed, & facility maintenance costs.

Stall Board – $575 Monthly
This option is for horses who are retired, in ridden work, or horses who are in rehab (broken bones, laminitis, etc.) and need a stall board option. This is a full care board (see above for details) and can be full-time stall or stalled AM or PM with turnout on track, small pasture, or track middles. Contact us with questions and see our boarding agreement for more details.
Please note that monthly rates are subject to change with 30 days notice at any time due to a rise in hay, feed, & facility maintenance costs.

Quarantine For New Boarders
All new horses are required to quarantine on site with us for 2 weeks before beginning herd introductions. This means no nose-to-nose contact with horses currently on site. We will keep another horse in sight of your horse at all times during this period to minimize transition stress. See our boarding agreement for more details.

Herd Introductions For New Boarders
After the 2 week quarantine period is up, we will allow the existing herd to meet the new horse(s) nose-to-nose through a wooden fence. We will not rush this process. During this period, the new horse may explore the track alone, or with a member of the herd that is acting very friendly toward them. We may also put the new horse out in a large pasture space with a few members of the existing herd for a limited amount of supervised time.
When everyone is acting peaceful with the new horse, we will do supervised herd introductions on track. Herd introductions are very individualized and tailored to each new horse’s preference. We strive to avoid stress and injury and will take our time integrating new horses.

Who We Are | Family-Owned Facility
Full Circle Track was created by Sydney & Joseph McGow-Russell after living in Alabama for 3 years where laminitis & equine obesity was abundant. Sydney knew when she had her own farm, there would be a track to help improve the horse’s overall quality of life, hoof health, and limit starch/grass intake.
While the “traditional method” of keeping horses stabled for part of the day works well for some, we wanted to have a place where horses could live outside 24/7 as a herd, be barefoot, and not constantly be gorging themselves on grass. Sydney has over 20 years of horse ownership & stable management experience and has seen first-hand how movement and friends enhance a horse’s life. After a lot of research, a track system was the answer for us!
Our vision is to have a community where horses and their humans can return to nature’s roots.
